The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 11/2025 was held at 09 : 00 am on 26th November 2025 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and attended by Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had approved (8) Investments which are wholly foreign owned and Joint venture businesses in the manufacturing sector. They are manufacturing of various kinds of Wearing Apparel on CMP basis, manufacturing of various kinds of garment on CMP basis, manufacturing of various kinds of Poly Resin Ornaments, Christmas Ornaments, Home Decorations, Ceramic, Porcelain Figurines, Cold Cast Bronze Ornaments and Collectibles on CMP basis, manufacturing of various kinds of earphone and accessories on CMP basis, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of various kinds of plastic bags. These investments are approved with the total capital amount of USD 12.408 Million (united state dollars twelve million four hundred and eight thousand only) and 6,786 (six thousand seven hundred and eighty six) local job opportunities can be created.
Moreover, the meeting discussed general issues of 18 companies. Among them, three companies that will increase investment amount.
