      (1) Contact with the Investment Supervision Division, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration to submit form (6) to apply for tax exemption\/incentives.<\/span><\/p>

      (2) According to the Environmental Protection Law 2012 for investment business, initial environmental examination (Initial Environmental Examination- IEE) and environmental management plan (Environmental Management Plan – EMP) should be drafted and submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection within a specified period and a copy sent to the Yangon Region Investment Committee office.<\/span><\/p>

      (3) According to the Myanmar Investment Law 196, the company must prepare an annual report containing the specified details within (3) months after the end of the financial year in form-11. If the company has a website, soft copy and hard copy must be posted on the company’s website, and the website of the Myanmar Investment Commission and the website of the Yangon Region Investment Committee must be submitted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      (4) In accordance with the Myanmar Investment Law 197, the company have to complete a business report in Form-10 once every three months and submit it to the Office of the Myanmar Investment Commission and the Yangon Region Investment Committee Office.<\/p>

      (5) When the construction period\/preparation period is over, the commencement of business in form-14 have to submit to the Investment Monitoring Division, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Myanmar Investment Commission Office and Yangon Region Investment Committee Office.<\/p>

      (6) T<\/span>o apply for the following licenses to the attached departments and to send five (5) copies to the Yangon Region Investment Committee office after obtaining the licenses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
